Techneletix Standard Shipping: Some product’s shipping options change and vary quite often, so for these products we use Techneletix Standard Shipping. With this shipping option, we review the current options available and choose the optimal shipping option available.

In some cases, the chosen shipping option does not operate in the delivery location’s region or the warehouse’s region. When this happens some courier companies have partnered with other courier companies to assist in getting the parcels delivered to you as soon as possible.

Tracking information

You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

Cost of shipping

  • We have a standard shipping fee that ranges from free shipping to $200 depending on the country where the parcel needs to be shipped and the shipping options available.
  • In some countries with certain orders, some taxes or import duties may be charged. You as the customer will have to then pay these duties and taxes before your item is released.

Shipping Duration

Due to high demand please expect up to 2-4 weeks delivery time on most items. Items shipped from the United States Warehouses to an address located in the United States have an estimated shipping time of 4-14 days.

Handling time

Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and Asia or US Warehouses process the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 days.


We operate on a global scale and to help supply the demand we have partnered with external sellers and manufacturers. These manufacturers are based in the United States of America and throughout Asia. We give you the option to choose the ship from location when available. This does not mean we are going to use this location because of factors such as demand or stock levels. We do this to endeavor that all customers get their items within the timelines set out by Techneletix (Pty) Ltd.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. We do not take responsibility for any items held at customs.

Packaging of items

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.


We only ship to selected countries. If you reside outside these selected countries your order will not be shipped. If you placed an order outside these countries please visit our help center and scroll to the bottom of the page and click contact support, a chat box will open where you can fill in your information with your order number as your subject then state your case.
